Update

Ok...I worked on the laptop in the living room all day today while hubby watched various sports. I completed 10K of revisions on Denied Justice. WOO HOO. I'll update the status bar tomorrow. But now, I'm going to "reward" myself for doing so much today. Yep, I got Brandilyn Collins' newest release today, Web of Lies, and I'm going to devour it tonight. :)

How about YOU? Did you get anything done this Saturday, or did you take the weekend off?

Wow, looks like you've been uber-busy. I'm halfway through the 2nd draft of my WIP, a literary novel. Been working on the rewrite for about ten straight days now. I'd be a bit further along if it weren't for that pesky day job thing...

Wow! I envy you getting so much done! Nope, I didn't get anything done today. My son and I have the flu. Yes, the FLU. I'm just getting it, but he's really sick. So, we curled up and watched Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.

Crazy Saturday for me. Got two proposals resent to an agent, then sent another one, then wrote my reserach paper, then shuffled a chapter that I should NOT have shuffled out to heather and shannon cuz that last scene was totally rushed....

The best part of my weekend was meeting with a coupld of ACFW women and talking about how to organize the Colorado area. The business stuff was okay, but getting to talk with writers and really cool ones that I love--that was awesome!! I could have stayed all day.

BTW, I'm so relieved to hear you didn't through your computer off the balcony, Heather!

And congratulations on all you hard work, Robin. You go girl!

Web of Lies is AWESOME. I got the ARC and devoured it in two days! Chelsea and Anne are great together. I hope Brandilyn puts them together again!

You are just a machine, woman! Glad you're getting so much done. I got nada done--I took a writing rest day today, and it felt sooooo good. The only thing was that I didn't get to sift through the mail like I was supposed to.

WOW! Great progress, Jamie! Isnt' it irritating when life, aka day jobs, interrupt our writing time? LOL Thanks for dropping by my blog, I hope you'll continue to visit!

Trista, the flu is HORRID! My family just got over it so I can so relate. Hope you and the little one feel better soon!

Well Heather, I'm glad you didn't toss it off the balcony! LOL That could have been ugly, but I've been there with the sentiment! LOL

Hey Bonnie! How're you doing? Glad you're back to blogging! :)

Ronie...you probably needed the day "off"...then again, with 4 kids, do you EVER get a day off? LOL

Hey Paula, thanks for dropping by! That's cool you got to meet with some ACFWers, face to face. I don't have any here locally! WAHHH!

Bonnie C., I finished WOL and was blown away! Need to write my review of it today and post! AWESOME book! Thanks for dropping by...hope you'll come back soon.

LOL, Tanya! But you've been busy, so you deserve a day off. With chocolate! LOL

You needed the break, too, Camy. Girl, I'm saying special prayers for you today. You be sure and CALL me, girl! You know what I mean! :)

Hey Michele! So, how's your progress coming along??? LOL

I recently finished web of lies. Brandilyn can write that's for sure.

I finished Showdown (excellent), started a book proposal and did some editing on the final chapters of my latest novel.

Not great, not awful.

You've been very disciplined lately Robin!

More computer rebuilding for me, and lots of back-up technology. I REALLY have to get cranking on my novel, though. I've skated for about two weeks. Not good.

I was plain lazy this weekend. hehe

Ran from morning to night both days. Family birthday, coaching basketball for 7-8 year olds, Super Bowl party, then the usual weekend running around. I have to go to work in order to write!
