What do you see as one of the biggest issues facing the publishing industry today?

Tosca: Trying to steal market share from James Patterson.
Robin: Trying to stay ahead of the "next new and best thing"
Jim: Too many books. Too much sub-par self-publishing books glutting the market. Too many good books and not enough great ones. Figuring out the whole e-books thing.
Brandilyn: The bad economy. But then, it’s hurting everybody. Wouldn’t want to be a car salesman right now. Especially for Toyota.
