Charles Young told Press TV's U.S. Desk that "the American criminal justice system needs to be overhauled from top to bottom" and he would start with the Supreme Court.
He told the U.S. Desk that "If the state does not have an absolute obligation to tell the truth in their prosecution, we're all in danger of getting locked up for any reason."
