Helping each other take responsibilty for our actions!jennydtipton[at]gmail[dot]com
To me being accountable means I'll do what is expected of me. At work I'll treat my customers with respect and give them the best care I can.I've noticed that when I expect others to do their job, as in show up on time or quit talking when a customer shows up or don't text or post on FB while the owner is paying you to do a specific job, others don't appreciate me holding them accountable. If the owner's not there and I'm in charge I can't let me or the others slack off. I've discovered nobody likes to be held accountable, and I'm pretty easy-going. I think that may be way more than you asked for. I look forward to reading your new book!
