My sister.She needs to know that telling off one of her kids is NOT the legal, moral, ethical or social view of 'child abuse'. Save that drama for the real victims. Poorly behaved teens and kids do get voices raises at them. They do. In fact, the whole world does. So that's no reason to cut off all ties (for 3 years) with a grandmother who snapped at your kid.
