Southern Recipes

So, in honor of my Justice Seekers series, to which I've included some of my family's favorite recipes in the back of the upcoming release To Write a Wrong: A Justice Seekers Novel, releasing in September. But I'll be sharing some with those who are signed up for my newsletter, and I'll be sharing some here as well.

Uncle Dan's Pancakes

1 c flour
1 c milk
1/4 c oil
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg

Mix well, cook in hot greased skillet until bubbles form and stay open. Only turn
once. Serve with liberal amounts of butter and Steen's Ribbon Cane Syrup.
